Its a good app working very well on my Iphone5S and also my Ipad2 Only problem I am having is eats my phone battery so fast. My battery was %100 and used this app to adjust some of the security cameras outside for 15-25 min so and used %40 of my battery and My battery is %60 now. Needs improvement on this side. I am using a lot of apps for different jobs and this one is the only one uses this much battery.

I cant understand why I dont have app in English ?

Up until this last update the app was working great. After the last update I have to manually click each camera for it to refresh them whereas before I opened the app and all the cameras appeared. Secondly I see more often than not that I lose connectivity. Please fix this.

The app worked well on my iPhone until the last update in April. Now it doesnt work anymore at all. Please fix!

Easy to use. HD video. Excellent overall

This app works for about 3 days then no camera connection. I have complained to my security company over and over they said it has nothing to do with them. I have updated version and have had to uninstall and reinstall several times. Terrible! Please fix it!

This would have been great if it was built for Apple Watch too

Except it has deleted all of the devices I have in the app. I am an installer and lost all of my customers information 3 times now. Its extremely frustrating to have lost all that and was very difficult to reacquire the information. I go into the app and everything says "(null)".

Keeps showing my camera is offline!!!! I can NOT see anything from my phone!

Doesnt show any of my cameras & says NULL. Very frustrating!

After update its extremely laggy and frustrating to use. Constantly skips, lags, makes it hard for me to watch my business. Speeding up time (2x, 4x, 16x, etc) doesnt work. This app needs a lot of improvement.

I see a lot of negative reviews, but it works well for me. Ive only been using it for about a month though.

DOES NOT WORK WITH OSX!!

The Sept. upgrade helped a bit, but not completely on m ipad with iOS 10. When will this app be completely fixed? It is December already!

This app used to be great but now I either get DDNS error or connection failed. Seriously useless please fix it. If I could give it zero stars I would.

This app worked perfectly for 5 days. Now I cant get my camera feeds. Keep getting connection failed. I have checked all settings, even removed app and put back on phone. Still doesnt work. Even other phone that has app stopped working. Please help, this app does no good if I cant access my cameras.

Awesome app awesome camera system. Well done ALC Security & Communications on an excellent IP system installed for my business. The HD IP cameras are the best Ive seen at 2MP. This app really works great I love being able to slide features across the screen. They also installed the video on a separate vlan so my network was not affected. Well done ALC The techs at ALC got it to work fine over 3/4G / LTE just make sure you have enough bandwidth.

This app works great with my CAMX NVR and cameras.
